Tai Chi and Chi Kung with David Osman — Thursday 15 November, 2007

An open evening for everyone between 50 and 65 living in Hackney.

Come along to find out more about Tai Chi and Chi Kung and to try some exercises.

Time: 18.30 to 20.30, at

Round Chapel Old School Rooms

Tai Chi - Improve your balance, concentration, muscle strength and ability to relax by practising the steps of Tai Chi.

Chi Kung - a mixture of breathing and very gentle exercise, which has been shown to be very helpful with conditions such as stress and physical tension, blood pressure, breathing problems and it can also improve muscle strength, posture and balance.
